Quality Policy
In kidswear production, safety is the top priority. Since garments for children must meet strict international safety standards, manufacturers use needle detector machines to ensure no broken needle parts or metal contaminants remain inside the clothing after stitching and finishing.
A needle detector machine is a highly sensitive inspection device designed to detect even the smallest fragments of ferrous metals, such as broken sewing machine needles, pins, or other sharp objects that could harm children if left undetected. These machines work on magnetic induction technology, where sensors identify the presence of metal when garments pass through the detection tunnel.
Garments are fed into the detector tunnel, where high-sensitivity sensors scan them for metal fragments. If any are found, the machine triggers an alarm, stops the conveyor, and separates the defective garment for inspection, ensuring only safe, metal-free pieces move to packing.
